"It was pleasure to return to the Ruean Thai after 7 years. Still the same friendly, attentive service. Rooms are well maintained, clean and easily accessible. Food in the on-site restaurant is of a good standard. All round a very pleasant stay, as always."

"so, a big part of this is my own fault, but they do advertise a 24 hour convenience desk, which is not true. I came in at one in the morning because the bus dropped me off, I had to walk 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the station, and when I got there, nobody was at the helpdesk. There were ..."

"The room was fine but the bathroom needs modernising and it was a bit of a hassle trying to lock my room door on the way out (you had to fiddle with the inside door handle and then close the door in a firm manner) The breakfast ( like in most Thai hotels I've been to) have very limited vegetarian ..."
