"Excellent value for money. Big room. Lovely pool. Fabulous breakfast. Hotel was very quiet during our stay in early January. Very attractive location and grounds. The beds were very firm. No safe. Proper showers were impractical due to absence of shower curtain. But these were minor inconveniences. We had a great stay and were well rested."

"This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful."

"Overall very good experience. A few things to be aware though... Staff don't speak much English, so get a translator app on your phone (e.g. Google Translator with offline Thai language pack) before you travel. Restaurant closes at 9PM, but there is a great place called Come Moon with live music. Only 5 minutes walk, and it closes at midnight."

"Staff really polite. Facilities clean & quiet . Restaurant really good & they even grow their vegetables on the property about 20 feet from the kitchen, fresh & delicious Thai cuisine. The cost of the room is reasonable all around in this area of Thailand About 1 to 2 times less than other areas of Thailand. My wife & I are visiting from the USA family. My wife grew up here & I've been coming here for the last 30 years & I prefer to stay in hotels & would stay here again for sure. Walking...

"A reasonably well maintained Property. The Room was as advertised. My only issue was the directions provided when using the Expedia App and choosing Google Maps; I was directed to the Property across the Street. The Hotel has no Signage on that Street. The entrance is from the other side of the Property. Something to discuss with the Owner. Other that that small “Hiccup”; I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."
