"From the moment we arrived we greeted by the owners as we drove through the gate which was a nice touch. Great disappointment!
"No good at all! I think its the fault of Hotel.com. They had NO idea of guests arriving, more or less closed because of Covid! No room ready, NO Breakfast!! No hot water! We slept there because I knew it would be hardly impossible to get the money back from Hotel.com !"
