「This property was interesting. It was an old army building. No front desk reception. The check in is at the restaurant desk. No front desk service all night long, in fact I checked out at 5 am no one was there. I paid the day before. No TV or phone at the rooms, so if one has an emergency at night, GOOD LUCK! There are not taxi near by. The train station is conveniently located about 15 min walking and 25 minutes walking to old town. I have to walk on the rain to the train station the day I...

「Front desk ladies especially the Malaysian lady was really friendly and helpful. Excellent service!!! Location is good, nearby the supermarket and train station. Breakfast is nice. We also had free welcome drinks, tea, soft drinks, fruits, little snacks etc in the lobby during our stay. Free parking also provided from the hotel. We have a pleasant stay at this hotel.」

「Gorgeous rooms with a great view! Mini kitchen was so wonderful - clean and modern. The self check-in is a great idea, but I can see where some people may find it confusing. Also, watch your head - low ceilings. But overall one of the best stays yet!」

「No words. Everything was outstanding. Entire family loved our stay. Highly recommended.」
