「Clean room, plenty of hot water. 」

「It was a good room the only thing was the air temperature was warm than I normally like」

「I wanted to stay the night to break up a long drive, and we got in late. I was given the wrong room layout from what I reserved (1 bed instead of 2), and when they realized their mistake, then called me back to the main lobby and gave me another room that was already occupied. The building is in disrepair, with broken exterior doors that do not shut, broken interior glass, broken safety room locks, and evidence of severe water damage and white mold. The property did not refund my reservation...

「Looks like the property was recently renovated. Doesn’t look like much on the outside but the rooms are extremely well equipped and updated nicely. Nice little continental breakfast as well is a plus :)」

「Microwave did not work in the room. A little more cleaning would help and termites crawl through the door after the rain storm. Was given broom to sweep up and clear out of room. Was told nothing could be done.」

「We found 2 roaches in our room. 1 alive and 1 dead. Our toilet stopped working in the middle of the night and we had to move rooms. Not the property’s fault but someone kept slamming a door at 2 in the morning over and over. Was not restful at all. 」

「Room was missing luggage stand. Microwave needs to be replaced; only works intermittently. Breakfast is nice enough but not enough diabetic friendly choices. Room cleaned well. Staff accommodated requests for ground floor room.」

「The hotel appeared abandoned but said it was open. When attempting to check in, no one ever came to the front desk. The phone number was not functional. We had to leave and find another hotel. 」
