「A/C could not cool the room off」

「I liked the fact that this is a fully renovated 1950's hotel in the heart of Portales, NM. It was very quiet due to the old style construction. It was very clean and everything worked as expected. My only negative points were that I had a hard time regulating the shower temperature due to an unusual fixture and on the last day a very large group completely overwhelmed the breakfast area to the point there was nowhere to sit or even any coffee left. McDonalds is close by.」

「First…..the picture of the office area IS NOT of the property. The outside appearance would get a 4. The room’s appearance would get a 4. Maintenance would get a 1! Missing smoke detector with 120volt wiring hanging down. Door knob was loose. Had problems getting the door opened and closed. One time took 2 minutes for me to get the door open. Life safety issue!!! Bath tub drainage was VERY slow. After taking a shower it took almost 4 minutes to drain. The night we stayed it rained....
