"The day we checked in there was work being done on the building. We were in a room in the top floor. You could hear workers running around on the roof. This week on for hours. The ac in the room did not keep the room cool at all. The first night there 5 vehicles were broken into. After speaking with other guest we learned that this was normal. That all 3 hotels in that ear were like a free for all on the weekends and nothing was ever done about it. So if you’re okay with your window being smashed out this is the hotel for you. "

"Unfortunately we had a leaking toilet that got so bad throughout the days, the tv volume was unable to raise, and food was left in the fridge. Showed up for check in at 3pm but no rooms were available/clean. Was told to sit in lobby and it should be “within the hour.” Had to keep waiting in line to check on status and did not get in my hotel until 5pm after I was told to go check my room (cleaning lady still in there). We also asked for towels in the morning, was told they’d be sent to the room, came back 8 hours later and had to get in line to ask for them again since they never showed up. Zero reimbursement was given when I asked, only a “hope you understand” so this made me very late to my event that evening. Very shocked that this is considered a 3 star hotel since things were not handled very well :("

"The room was very clean. Staff was friendly enough. After we checked in and inside the room, i got a text welcoming us and asking if there is anything they can do. Wi fi is excellent. Breakfast was a decent continental breakfast. Parking fee was a surprise because when I booked it said parking is included. No big deal because it was only $3.99 a day. Also , noises /conversations, doors closing from the hallway can be heard in the room. Insulation must not be very good. Over all good deal for the price. "

"Nice clean hotel. Couldn't hear the airplanes which was great. Only complaint would be the internet wasn't that great but everything else we enjoyed."

"The room was clean but very old. It is a typical motel experience. We only stayed overnight as this was last minute affordable option. Parking is convenient. "

"It was spring break so i totally understand the chaos but at one point the pool area was crazy lol other than that a lovely overnight stay. Was just passing through. "
