"The rooms were excellent . Clean. Pool was great for kids as well. The only complaint is the breakfast was poor. Turkey bacon very hard. No real bacon or sausage . The eggs were obviously pored out of a container. Everything was cheaply made"

"The breakfast was great as well as the breakfast attendant. The front desk workers were very pleasant but the room was horrible as we hand a bad ant problem, with ants coming out the cracks in the wall and i had a room full of kids. Ants were crawling all over their food and it wasn't nice. I called down to tell them to see if we could move and they told me my only option was to fo an early check out but NOT RECEIVE MY FULL REFUND BACK because they were completely booked. They said no manager was available at all to speak with until Monday and my only other option was for them to come spray in which they did but the ants came back. It was and unpleasant, uncomfortable stay for my family."

"This hotel is spotless and the staff was 100/10 wonderful. The guy that checked us in was super friendly and welcoming. Also, My husband lost his AirPod at the pool. I asked the desk if anyone turned it in. The lady at the desk said no but that she would be closing the pool soon and she would look for it. Well, she found it in the jacuzzi and called us that night to return it. Very grateful that she went the extra mile for us. Fantastic customer service all around. We will be back for the next gymnastics competition."
