「3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself」

「The first night the AC didn't work, after speaking to the reception a maintenance man fixed it. The pillows were unusable, they were solid tube shaped and it went straight across the double bed. We were bed and breakfast, it was a shame there wasn't a kettle in the room. Unfortunately our stay coincided with a group (about 60) of school children who were very well behaved but they all descended to the pool and for food all together which was quite noisy. The breakfast choice was very good」

De kamer vond ik echter wat onhandig ingericht. De badkamer bood weinig privacy en beschikte alleen over een verzonken bad, waardoor je een stap naar beneden moest maken. Daarnaast was er geen mogelijkheid om de douchekop op te hangen, wat het wassen van je haren lastig maakte. Ook was er slechts één spiegel aanwezig...

「Der Garten ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet, die Betten sehr komfortabel. Man hat viel Ruhe und Platz im Pool. Es war sensationell dort! Absolut empfehlenswert für ruhe- und erholungssuchende. Das Frühstück war extrem lecker und abwechslungsreich...mit Chiasamen, frischem Müsli. Sehr gut alles!」
