"Great stay!"

"The location is great, very close to the JR and USJ. There is a hotel phone in the room, but there are no instructions on what number to call to reach the staff. What’s the point of having the hotel phone then? The luggage storage room is convenient to use, and even though the staff isn’t great at English, they are trying their best to help. I felt like this is a common thing in hotels in Japan: the flush water smells bad, but this only happened after flushing the toilet."

"This place was very fancy, room was clean and tidy, staffs were helpful, but we pretty much had to pay for every we do, laundry, spa. Nothing was truly complementary, but it’s not a big deal to us. The room had a strange smell throughout our stay and we were offered to switch room, turns our every room smell the same. Me and my friends had to constantly spray room freshener but besides that everything was perfect"

"Great rooms - plenty of space for 3 travellers (even 1 more as both beds were queen size in our room). Location is 10mins walk from nearest station and about 12mins from nearest convenience store, but very happy with the stay. Seemed like a very safe area. Easy and regular access to Universal City and the city train lines. Smart TV so we could use Netflix, and lovely views of the city (we were on L12). Great kitchen facilities (including fridge) and bathroom. We unfortunately ‘walked thru’ the screen door of the property as it was difficult to see at night and we are not use to them. The hotel was very understanding and easy to communicate with about the damage, and repairs costs charged were reasonable."

"Conveniently located beside the station and malls with many food and shopping options. It makes the ended a day spent in the theme park very manageable in terms of not having to travel far out for food. It also makes waking up easy as we do not have to wake up extra early to travel to usj."
