"Great location, super nice and friendly staff, beautiful hotel. Only complaint is that wheelchair access is a bit tricky. Stairs on the front and had the lift broken down during my entire stay. So had to use the maintenance entrance. Also in the bathroom even though was big the shower has no safety handles and with small removable chair to sit i always felt like I was going to end up with on the floor. But besides that great hotel"

"I thought this was a nice hotel and well worth the price I paid. I would recommend this hotel to any staying Florence. I thought the Bar area was a nice touch to this hotel as well. Definitely a 4 star hotel. "

"Location is great if you want to be close to all the tourist stuff like we wanted to be. The breakfast was well rounded and always stocked. The bed was a hard memory foam, we didn't care too much but it's good to know if you like a plush bed. You can tell you are close to all the action so if you are a light sleeper this probably isn't the place for you. If you are a shower snob or at least care about water pressure, this probably isn't the place for you either. We had a raised tub (luckily we are young and able) with a scooping bottom to stand in and water pressure that was basically nonexistent. We had a count down to when we would be heading to our next hotel just to shower lol Fun story, but again if you care about that, maybe find a different place."
