"Place is a bit old, needs may be a change of carpets in the corridors, a bit of renovation would really improve the place and make it shine, but my room was excellent, clean, large king bed, could use a newer mattress, but the one it had was comfortable, clean sheets, AC worked fine. Breakfast area was really good/nice with a very good selection, I know it has a pool that looked good but I was out most of the day at the beach!! Quiet area, close to a couple of places to eat, and supermarket (10 min. Drive). Conveniently located in the St. Petersburg area where you can go up to clearwater (about 45 min.) or go south towads Anna Maria Island area and others or you can go to grill beach which is AWESOME!!! in about 20 min., get there fast and pay for the parking area and you will be off to a beautiful beach."
