"The count and countess are exceptional!!! The hospitality was incredible. The tour of the chateau was fascinating. The views very scenic. Quiet and peaceful setting. Not far from Chinon, where one can buy amenities. Highly recommend."

"Motel 3.5 km out of town. Big hill if bike riding. My room was on the carpark. All fine. Very clean. Won’t win any design awards but was a traditional nicely run motel. Nice staff."
