Un desastre el servicio de Hotels te venden promo pero son estafas te cobran en dòlares nada en pesos admás entra el impuesto país más que la estadía , te dicen que te van a ayudar y nada no utilizar este medio peligroso

Podría ser mucho mejor!!..

El edificio carece de un mantenimiento adecuado. Hay instalaciones que no funcionan o ya han cumplido su ciclo. La tarjeta de comando de luces no funciona, la ducha no tiene suficiente presión. Los grifos son antiguos e inadecuados. El alfombrado esta deteriorado y mal terminado. La reparacion de humedad en paredes fue mal resuelta. El personal muy atento y cordial.

El hotel en reparacion, me lo cobraron como en temporada alta , hubiera hoy pagado a menos de la mitad, osea con uds hotels.com nunca mas contrato nada, me estafaron, sin decir que mi habitacion estaba en el 5to y no andaba el ascensor !! Algo mas quieren saber o les alcanza !!

El estado de limpieza mal, al llegar la bañera manchada y el lavatorio con restos de suciedad, la cortina con un soporte muy débil, el agua con baja temperatura, un cortocircuito en el dispositivo de tarjeta que casi se incendia. pasillos sin luces automáticas a la vista.

Muy linda estadía! Desde el check-in, la limpieza del hotel y la habitación, el personal del hotel siempre atento y con muy buena predisposición durante la llegada, la piscina y la barra de tragos, el desayuno y con indicaciones sobre la ciudad, todo estuvo muy bien

Me gustó la posibilidad de hacer el check in antes de las 14 hs., todo estaba en condiciones en el hotel, lo que no me gustó es que el desayuno se toma a una cuadra del hotel en un restobar. De todas maneras en conclusión lo recomiendo.

Pésimo servicio desayuno, habitaciones con humedad

Las habitaciones tenían humedad en sus paredes, mojadas, no funcionaban los controles remotos del aire acondicionado y de la tv, el desayuno no tenía lo suficiente, traían muy poco, y no reponían, el primer día solo desayune con tostadas, quemadas sin mermelada, lo demás no había nada, faltaba una hora para que finalizara el servicio

Pésima el día jueves llame para reconfirmar que estuviera la reserva ok y me dijeron que estaba en orden.Mi habitación era una triple mat y al llegar me dieron dos habitaciones una doble y una single aludiendo que no había más lugar.Esto fue luego de que idas y vueltas los recepcionistas no sabían cómo solucionarlo.

El establecimiento bueno en general .. lo que no nos gustó es que nos asignaron una habitación muy muy chiquita y sin ventilación ..y debimos reclamar . Mal servicio, atención muy baja, falta de comunicación acerca del estado del hotel. Se recomienda hacer aviso previo en caso de remodelaciones, con 41 grados no pudimos disfrutar de la pileta por quenla estaban pintando. Desayuno de muy mala calidad. No pudimos disfrutar de todo lo que ofrecía el hotel por qué no había el personal necesario
