Odanın durumu iyiydi. Personel olarak resepsiyon ve restorant dışında kimse göremedik. Havuz ve spa bölümü başıboş şekildeydi. Havuz kurallarını kontrol eden yoktu ve havuz etrafında biriken sular temizlenmiyordu. Kayan ve düşen çok oldu. Şükür bir kaza olmadı. Otel büyük bir otel ama bakımsız bölgeleri var. Ufak tefek bakım ile iyi olabilir. Restoranda yemek saatleri kuyruk oluyor. Çok fazla çeşit olmamasına rağmen neden kuyruk var anlaşılır değil. Açık büfede sıcaklar dışındaki ürünler maalesef yenilenmiyor. Geç geldin kaçırdın. Asansörler verimsiz ve çok bekletiyor. Wifi çok yavaş. Giriş çıkış işlemleri hızlıydi. Park sorunu yok. Bir termal otele göre lobby biraz soğuk. Gerçi artik bu tip oteller fazla sıcak olmuyor. Termal otel sıcak oteldir. Odalar da merkezi sistem sıcaklığı arttıramıyoruz. Genel olarak ne iyi ne kötü diyebilirim. Bir daha gelmeyi düşünmen.

Hafta sonu termal

Kuzenimle bir gün termale gitmek istedik. Otel bulunduğu bölgeye göre baya büyük fakat çok eski, kocaman bir otele girdiğinizi görüyorsunuz, otoparkı var park sıkıntısı yaşamadık. Odamıza kolay çıktık fakat odaya girer girmez çok kötü bir koku bizi bizden aldı, termal otel koku olur dedik ama aşırı koku vardı sanki lağım gibi kokuyordu ki odamız 4. Katta termal havuzlar spa -1. Katta buna rağmen koku çok yoğundu havalandırma yetersiz alt kattaki odaları düşünemiyorum.Gider gitmez havuza inmek istedik o sırada birden bi adam içeri girdi görevliydi,kapıyı vurmadı pardon demek yerine içeriyi izlemeye çalıştı otel güvenli değil, sonrasında sürekli kapıyı arkadan kilitledik.sıcak havuz kirliydi ama sıcaklığı iyiydi, oradan çıktık hamama,hamamda taslar yetersiz ayrıca altları bildiğin kir tutmuş kirli ,içinde küçük havuz var o da çok pisti. Buhar çalışmıyordu arızalı yazmışlar sauna açıktı ama bi tane çok küçük ve kalabalık yetersiz. Kapalı havuz karma aşırı kalabalık,oraya mikrop kaparız diye girmedik bile. Açık büfe çok kalabalık bi saldırma şekli var otelde herşeye gelen profillerden kaynaklı, gittik sakinleyene kadar kahve içtik bekledik. Yemekler orta güzellikte çok güzel bayıldım değil ama kötü de değil.yataklarda koku vardı,hijyenik değil duş alırken bile terliğimizi çıkarmadık. Bir daha gitmem,tavsiye etmem. Beklentinin çok altında. Otel büyük çoğu alan kullanılmıyor bakımsız. Zaman çok değerli boşuna harcamayın diye uzun uzun yazdım.

ça pourrait etre magnifique, dommage.

L'hotel est un bel établissement mais souffre d'un problème de maintenance. Les tapis de la salle de sports ne fonctionnent pas, les équipement de l'espace jeux sont quasiment tous hors de services. Les chambres sont nettoyés une fois sur deux, et seuls les draps de lits sont changé, la salle de bain n'était pas nettoyé, et l'aspirateur en surface. Nous avions + couvertures pour 5 personnes, et deux serviettes. Corrigé apres une demande. Nous avions une fuite d'eau sur notre sol de salle de bain, une premiere équipe est venu, reparant la porte cassé, mais ce n'était pas la source du probleme. Malgré plusieurs autre demandes, nous sommes resté avec notre probleme d'eau tout notre Séjour. La zone aquapark est ouverte que 4 h par jour, et un des tobbogans ne fonctionnait pas. Les piscines interieurs et exterieurs sont sympa, ainsi que le hamam. Les restaurant est bien est propose beaucoup de choix. Les enfants ont malgré tout passé un bon sejour, moi aussi mais pas mon épouse, très gêné par l'état de la chambre.
