Supervänlig o hjälpsam personal. Varmt på rummet, men med fläkt o öppna fönster gick det ändå. Lite knölig kudde. Annars allt toppen. Bra läge och hotellet fixade kort så man kunde åka gratis buss o tåg o även linbanan i Bolzano.

Bem agradável.

Atendentes muitíssimos educados. Agradável café da manhã. Quarto confortável, apesar de móveis mais antigos e carpete no quarto. Ainda assim, tudo muito limpo. Gostamos. As dicas de um restaurante próximo regional para jantar foi ótima. Eles fornecem um cartão de transporte urbano gratuito. Facilitou muito nossa ida para Bolzano. Recomendamos.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, nulla da dire. Struttura un po’ datata ma nel complesso tenuta bene. Penso/spero sia stato perché era la settimana di ferragosto, ma rapporto qualità prezzo veramente eccessivo per i servizi proposti. Fate attenzione, nelle camere NON c’è l’aria condizionata, e nel 2024 con queste temperature dormire senza diventa veramente impossibile.

Varmt välkomnande och gemytligt hotell.

Fantastiskt mysigt och fint ställe. Väldigt varmt välkomnande och bra service under hela vistelsen. Rent och fräsch, god frukost och fin pool. Enkelt att parkera och bra centralt läge. Det enda vi saknade var AC på rummet. Detta ställe kommer vi gärna tillbaka till och kan varmt rekommendera.

Das Hotel ist gut, könnte aber mit kleinem Aufwand sehr verbessert werden. In Zimmer und Bad war es recht kalt, weil bei 8 Grad Frühtemperatur keine Heizung möglich war. Es gibt Vorhänge, aber keine Stores, obwohl rund um das Hotel Häuser sind. Eine Packung Kleenex wäre angenehm. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis nicht ganz.

Hyggeligt ældre hotel med fantastisk sød vært. Hotellet er af ældre dato og der mangler bl.a aircon. Morgenmaden er ligeledes en smule skrabet. Men det opvejes af de søde mennesker, det smukke område samt en rigtig god restaurant. Vi kommer igen.
