When I booked this room, I thought it was a good deal because it was Teresina - the description and other ratings led me to believe it would be nice. Turns out it was a "good deal" only because it was a barely livable, rundown hotel. The staff were pretty good - they didn't come to clean the room every day as expected, but when I asked them to, they got it done. The parking attendant opened the gate late at night to let us in without having to get out and go to reception. When I asked, I was able to get an upgraded room for the difference in price...not that the "upgrade" was very noticeable, aside from having more space. Despite having a hot AND cold water knob, the temperature of the water was pretty much the same either way...and the extra room attached had no AC, so it wasn't very useful. The free breakfast was worth every penny, but I can't say much beyond that. At least the door lock and toilet were functional in the upgraded room... Bottom line is you can save a lot of money here if you want a minimal housing experience...if you're not a minimalist, look elsewhere.

o hotel não dispõe de estrutura com qualidade nos quartos, pois são velhos, porta sem segurança, material de cama e banho com aparência de sujo e uma estrutura nada confortável. Só o café da manhã foi adequado.

Horrível! Quartos horrorosos parecidos mais como quartos de motéis de beira de pista só que de péssima qualidade! O piso muito feio! O banheiro me faltam palavras para definir de tão feio que é! Para chegar no quarto que nos colocaram tínhamos que percorrer um corredor gigante com várias curvas, parecia mais uma masmorra do que o caminho de um quarto! Não indico a ninguém esse hotel! Experiência terrível! Quando visitarem Teresina não se hospedem nesse hotel! Decepção total!

Um lixo !!

Pense num hotel ruim !! Nada funcionava : o sifao da pia pingango , a torneira do banheiro sem abrir , precisou chamar o encanador . Pilhas sem funcionar no controle remoto da TV , chuveiro frio (nao tem chuveiro eletrico nem aquecedor) , lençois velhos e toalha idem . Sem duvida , a pior experiencia com hoteis que tive na vida !! Um lixo !! Tinha que ser fechado !!
