O hotel é bom, bem localizado e com ótimo atendimento. Fomos bem recebidos e não houve problema algum com a empresa e com o atendimento. Mas, vale ressaltar alguns pontos: 1. café da manhã apesar de bom, achei que tinha pouca variedade e a maioria dos bolos não são bons, muito seco; 2. O estacionamento apesar de ser no subsolo, achei pouco seguro, não via funcionário pra fiscalizar, dá impressão que qualquer pessoa pode entrar; 3. O hotel precisa de reparos, o ar-condicionado que fica em cima de uma mesa no local do café da manhã, estava pingando, o que impossibilitava de ficar sentada ali, o banheiro do quarto e o estacionamento tbm precisa de alguns reparos.

Ambiente espaçoso e agradável

No geral gostei da minha estadia, quarto amplo, ar condicionado gela bem, café da manhã bem variado. A única coisa que não gostei foi que só tinha duas pessoas atendendo na recepção e como estava lotado devido ao concurso que haveria no dia seguinte, deveriam ter colocado mais alguém pra atender, pq só o chekin levou 1h

Rede q domina Teresina mas o hotel poderia ser melhor. Quarto espaçoso mas o banheiro requer uma nova pintura, café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. O ponto alto é o atendimento que é muito bom. Destaque para Gabrielle que é muito legal

Boa opção pra quem passa pela cidade

Bem localizado… atendimento muito prestativo. Possui estacionamento publico na porta e estacionamento privativo no subsolo. O cafe da manhã foi bom. A estrutura do hotel não é nova, mas foi modernizada. Nesta visita, o andar 4 estava com odor de mofo.

Cama e travesseiros de baixa qualidade, chuveiro elétrico ruim, não tinha caimento no box e a água ficava empoçada. Um dos dias faltou água no hotel pois a bomba havia estragado. Café da manhã com pouca variedade e com ingredientes de baixa qualidade. Não vale o preço ofertado.

Aceitável para uma estadia de uma noite de negócio

Condição de manutenção do quarto ruim, com tecido da cadeira rasgado e pontos de ferrugem na estrutura do teto do banheiro. Mas os lençóis e as toalhas eram limpas bem passadas. Equipe de atendentes profissional mas sem gentileza. Localização ótima mas sem restaurantes próximos.
