The property is a bit outdated. The water didn’t flow easily in the showers. The cable didn’t work. Breakfast was good but a bit pricey for the area. The staff were very accommodating and helpful!

Let me start by saying that property is far and hidden from downtown. Once checked in, we discovered there was no hot water. They stated pump was broken and they could not guarantee it being fixed anytime soon, this mid January. In addition, both night stand lamps did not work, phone in room did not work, had to walk across the resort to contact staff, who’s solution was to shower in the spa area which was not close to us. When we inspected the jacuzzi, it was broken and they stated our reservation did not include one, even though we had access to it. Upon immediately checking out to find a place with hot water, they stated to contact Expedia for resolution, upon contacting Expedia they referred me to the hotel and no one accepted responsibility. $176 for one night folks.

El personal muy amable y atento pero las instalaciones se ven descuidadas. En mi habitación: habían humedades, la televisión ni funcionaba, la regadera estaba tapada, el agua salió helada. Sin duda, aunque el espacio el bonito, no está a la altura considerando el costo por noche. La comida en la restaurante era buena pero muy elevado el precio.

La atención del staff y la comida impecable. Solo que las condiciones de la habitación no fueron las mejores. Muy descuidado el lugar, el colchón sumamente viejo, las toallas sucias, pero de percudidas por el tiempo. El jacuzzi de la terraza en muy malas condiciones. El lugar de entrada es muy lindo, junto con los jardines, pero la habitación dejó mucho que desear.

NO VAYAN!! CHINCHES!! Me hospede en este hotel con la emoción de encontrar un lugar como se presenta en las imágenes y su pagina. Ibamos a un evento que empezaba a la 1 de la tarde, y necesitábamos la habitación mas temprano. Me comunique con hotel y nos cobraban $2,400 extra si queríamos antes de la habitación de las 3 de la tarde, a lo cual no accedí. Al llegar ese día al hotel aproximadamente 9:40 de la mañana decidí irme al restaurante para hacer tiempo en lo que me daban mi habitación (teniendo la opción de cambiarme en una habitación que si había pagado uno de los que iban al mismo evento y que pago los $2,400 extra). Tenían lista mi habitación a las 11 de la mañana sin hacer ningún pago, genial y no justo para el que si pago. Al llegar en la madrugada tipo 3am uno de los cuartos nos llamaron que su habitación con animales y CHINCHES en cama!!! lo acompañe a lobby para quejarse y no había nadie solo velador, le dieron otra y lo mismo el edredón blanco se veían, el muy enojado y con justa razón se fue a su coche a dormir el pago mas de $7,000 por las 2 noches que terrible experiencia!!! en mi habitación también había!!! que tristeza! muy bonito el lugar y pésima administración, atención, limpieza, y CHINCHES!!! son pequeñas a la vista ojo! y dejo claro que pague completo, deje mi comentario y nadie me busco del hotel.
CHINCHES ES CAMA! CUIDADO SON MUY PEQUEÑAS. TENGO VIDEO DEMOSTRAR ES AHI
