Breath taking views from balconies and pool

I was amazed by the location with breath taking views of the mountains, two blocks away from downtown. Beautiful manicure gardens, nice restaurant.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is incredibly attentive and wonderful. The main street of the city is one block away and access to the famous hike is walkable. Would definitely stay again.

I loved this place we regret not staying longer . The staff are beyond grate .and the place is so beautiful . Would stay again if I come to Tepoztlán . It has the beautiful Mexican colonial vibe .

Great place to stay, family friendly

We only spent one day here, but I wish it were longer. To me, the photos don't do the hotel justice. It was beautiful with different areas to relax and take in the mountainous landscape. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. We very much enjoyed the food and atmosphere. They were also accommodating for my kids. The hotel was also a quick walk to downtown.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. The restaurant at the hotel had great food and service. Great location and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The only drawback is that all the rooms are not air conditioned. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and relaxing

Our stay here was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, its location gives an incredible view of the mountains and the town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is fantastic. And finally, the staff is very professional, helpful and friendly!

This was an amazing find at a great price.it has a Beautiful garden area, lots of quiet areas to sit and enjoy the views, great staff, breakfast was included and the choices were excellent. Great service, location, and we felt very safe. Our room was clean, but a bit on the dark side, hot water was intermittent, the road up to hotel was quite steep so be aware , it was great as part our daily exercise !! Loved this hotel would go back in a heartbeat!!
