酒店附近有大型超市，近高速公路和金字塔景區。 酒店房間WiFi訊號非常弱，經常連不上，lobby wifi還行。 餐廳消費比較鬼，建議在附近買食物回酒店品嘗。 酒店房間沒有燒熱水的壺，只能在餐廳開業期間借熱水沖藥粉。 另外酒店接待員不是每個會說英文，凌晨到次日早上在lobby當值的職員不會講英文。

Staff were attentive. I had one meal in the restaurant which was good. Easy access and secure location. Unfortunately they did not have a long bed or king bed option which is a must as i am tall. Otherwise fine.

Muy baja calidad para lo que cuesta
Las habitaciones son MUY ruidosas porque el hotel está a la orilla de la carretera. Las instalaciones están limpias y bien mantenidas, pero la calidad de los acabados e instalaciones es de muy bajo costo. El agua en la regadera sale con muy poca presión y no hay donde colocar nada (la ropa,. desodorante , etc)dentro del baño

The hotel is clean and close to the Teotihuacán archeological site. I went with my family and some of us stayed in the new building, the rooms are new and spacious. The only thing that they can improve is to put a lock on the balcony door. It makes us feel unsafe. My sister stayed in the old building and the rooms were basic but clean. They could hear the music from the common areas at night. Maybe, management can lower the music at 11 pm? The pool is heated. Kids were excited!

Un buen lugar para quedarse.
Todo en general bien, el Hotel tiene muchos detalles que cambiar, es un hotel de mucho tiempo, pero lo bueno es su limpieza y sobretodo la excelente atención del dueño en particular, además de todo su personal que siempre están dispuestos a atenderte de la forma más eficiente.

Todo el personal del hotel fue muy amable, las instalaciones estaban muy limpias. Los ventiladores en nuestras habitaciones no funcionaban. La televisión en una de ellas tampoco.

Relaxing and fun for kids.
This property meets and exceeded my Gold Member VIP access experience. The customer service at the front desk is excellent. The poolside food and drinks service was excellent aswell. If you leave anything in the room they reach out and contact you. Really great place to stay after a long day visiting the Pyramids.

Great Hospitality!
This property meets and exceeded my Gold Member VIP experience. The customer service at the front desk is excellent. The poolside food and drinks service was excellent aswell. If you leave anything in the room they reach out and contact you. Really great place to stay after a long day visiting the Pyramids. I rented 3 rooms and all were clean. The only rhing I wished would ve for more shower head water pressure as it was low.

Quinto Sol Hotel is the bomb. Magarita is the best caretaker of the rooms and the hospitality received at the hotel is warming. You are literally walking distance from the pyramids and can actually see the pyramid of the Sun from the parking lot. The cocina (kitchen) is excellent even for vegetarians or vegans. And San Juan community and zocalo is right down the street too.

No me gustó que se oye mucho el ruido de la calle en las habitaciones que dan hacia la calle y hace falta incluir un pequeño banco en el baño para poner las cosas de baño. Otro tema la silla que tenía la habitación estaba manchada de algo blanco y siento que deberías tener cuidado en eso pues al parecer no quedó bien limpia de alguna ocasión previa que la hayan usado

Good location, 5 min drive to Pyramids. Basic room but clean. On-site, free parking was a plus. My husband tried the restaurant for bfast and said.food was very tasty.
