"I personally had a hard time checking in. The hotel was overbooked. I reserved 2 months prior to traveling and they couldn’t find my reservation despite emails from Mizata welcoming 3 days prior to check in. The hotel is for adults but Expedia did not list it as adults only, my reservation listed my kids and their ages. My rental car was scratched while parked on property.
