Front desk called multiple times trying to make me pay before arrival after stating that I could pay during arrival. Can’t remember his name (Hispanic). Also room & bathroom had roaches everywhere.

Everything was very neat, clean, good parking, good AC. Nice stay overall but mattress on the bed was a bit too firm for me. Didn’t sleep well, tossed & turned as my shoulders were hurting.

My only quibble would be that with no housekeeping planned for my stay, a toilet brush and cleaner would be a good idea. Also, there were no pans despite the provision of the hob. Otherwise, it was great. A good location and friendly, helpful staff.
