I recently stayed at Pearly Grey Ocean Club Apartments & Suites and wanted to share my experience.
First, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning—definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a positive touch to our overall experience.
However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. It would be great if the hotel offered a buffet breakfast option or even an all-inclusive package for food, as options felt quite limited. Additionally, there isn't much in the way of activities for children, which made it less engaging for families.
One of the biggest concerns was the check-in time of 4pm, especially considering that guests pay for a full day that technically begins at midnight. Being unable to access the room until late in the afternoon, and then having to check out by 10am, doesn’t feel like good value. These timings definitely need to be reviewed.
Cleaning is only done twice a week, which might not be ideal for guests staying for longer periods. Also, there is no air conditioning in the rooms. In our case, the fan in Room 205 wasn’t working. We reported it, but unfortunately, it wasn’t fixed during our stay.
All in all, the hotel has great potential thanks to its location and views, but a few upgrades and adjustments would really improve the overall experience.
