Well worth the money paid for. Food choices very basic for all inclusive but enough to have a go at. Drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic, were bang on. Staff at the bars were sound, receptionists also (bar one man). Wouldn’t bring my family, much more of a friend’s few days away, as limited for kids.

Great sea view, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, good variety of food on All Inclusive basis.

The hotel is in the perfect location if you are looking to spend some time in/ around Peurto De La Cruz. While not directly in the centre, it is within easy walking distance. As a basic hotel it has everything you need - clean lobby are and clean bedrooms which were satisfactory. However the hotel is quite worn down and in all honesty I have never had a worse hotel breakfast. Even the "fresh" tomatoes and cucumber were inedible let alone the rest of the food on offer. Staff were okay and attentive, although if you require car parking, don't expect there to be much room in the tiny off road car park across from the hotel. And with a lot of shops cafes and bars on that street, street parking is very slim.

Food was absolutely disgusting either pork or fish every night, the cleaners kept leaving my back door open, there was 2 cockroaches in my bathroom, air conditioning didn’t work, bar didn’t open until half 10, no entertainment on a night

Our experience
We had a spacious sea view room, the bathroom was a nice size too. We were more than happy with the room. We were half board, but was disappointed with the choice of food. The dining room was like a works canteen. The staff worked hard clearing plates and rushing around, it was done on a budget and it showed. Would recommend eating out and about, it’s worth it, we found some nice restaurants all in walking distance. The pool was freezing so we didn’t go for a swim, which was a shame. But we always managed to get a sun lounger, even though the hotel was packed. The reception was very welcoming and friendly.

Hotel moderno. Limpieza frecuentemente, no diaria. Comida buena, aunque poca variedad. Todo incluido no lo probé x no tomar alcohol. El café solo de máquina.... podría mejorar. Vista muy buena. Nos cambiaron a una habitación con vista al mar sin coste. Recomendable totalmente y por el precio son unas vacaciones como en un palacio...

L'hôtel promet des choses qu'il ne garanti pas. Les cocktails sont immondes, la nourriture infecte, LE BRUIT INVIVABLE. Nous avons passé aucune nuit agreable en faison de l'isolation et des vitres bas de game. Pour la piscine, tous les transates sont réservés à l'avance par des gens peu respectueux, si vous en faites par... rien ne change. Absolument mal placé même le temps pour la plage est faux il y a exactement 234 escaliers à descendre et à monter pour aller à la plage ou même à un bar. De plus l'hôtel fait payer trés cher des activités en raison de son partenariat, milles fois moins cher ailleurs. Petit conseil : Allez dans le sud de l'île et pas dans le nord.

The photos make this hotel look better than it actually is, for example the pool area is very small for the size of hotel, which I imagine is a bigger problem in peak periods. The hotel is looking a little tired in some areas, though you can see the company is making improvements when/where possible. That said the hotel was clean and tidy, staff were helpful, and I felt I got value for money. I’d give it 6.5 out of 10

Die Animation ist 21 Uhr und dauert 1 Stunde. Es gab Bingo und Quiz im Wechsel. Der Busbahnhof ist etwas weiter weg, aber es gibt Haltestellen die etwas näher dran sind.

Ferierte tre uker all-inclusive og det fungerte utmerket! Godt mat, trivelig hotellpersonale, fantastisk beliggenhet, nyoppgraderte rom og MYE for pengene! Bare vær klar over at hotellpersonalet, og på Tenerife forøvrig, er det ikke veldig gode i engelsk. Innsjekk-prosessen kunne også vært vesentlig forenklet og det hadde vært fint med litt mykere puter. Matsalen treger også en oppgradering, men det tipper jeg kommer snart siden de nettopp har renovert rommene. Rommene med havutsikt har IKKE sol, men rommene på motsatt side har sol fra morgen til kveld.

We arrived late, and because we informed the hotel, they saved us a cold dinner, not much, but it filled a hole!! Also asked for 2 rooms close to each other, got them next door, whch was also good, roo.s were ones that had recently been renovated, so looked clean and fresh. All in all a lovely relaxing week, would defunately stay again
