"Prime location for central access. Had to bring our own cot as property does not provide them. Property fairly newly renovated, but lots of snagging required throughout the room, attention to detail needs refining (shower screen soiled with water marks, tap/shelf loose fittings, sealant coming away around the bathroom/bedroom, paint chips/marks over walls need touching up, balcony outside had soiled decking and furniture and faux plant/pots broken, wonky. Booked a table for food for the evening, singer and music fairly loud so unable to talk at normal levels with accompaying family so decided to eat elsewhere for better ambience, which was a shame. Manager on initial arrival friendly, attentive, introduced himself and offered anything to make our stay more comfortable. Overall a great location, and fairly good room but requiring refining of detail, cleanliness and hospitality service for guests."

"Wonderful friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure your stay with them is perfect. An outstanding breakfast made with local produce. You will not be disappointed. Beautifully maintained garden to relax in and enjoy your stay. Will definitely be returning."

"The place was very well presented. Lovely large room. Breakfast sent to room in a box different but in a good way. Location of property was excellent, one minute from the sea. A lot to see and do in Tenby some great restaurants."

"The good _ Fabulous place , spotlessly clean , beautiful balcony , immaculate room and only 10 min walk to Tenby The not so good , unfortunately it was 30 degrees on our day , so no air con in room but could open doors and windows , asked for a fan no problem also could have done with a fridge in the room , all in all would definitely stay again"

"The Townhouse was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely clean room, wonderful breakfast cooked to order. Lots of choice, fresh fruit, cooked breakfasts with specials every day or croissants. Huw was lovely, welcoming and helpful. The weather was amazing. We loved Tenby."

"Everything was fine. Staff were pleasant and eager to please. Food was good although the choice of food for the evening meal was limited. The room was clean and comfortable with a good beach view. Seagulls were a bonus landing on the window ledge!!"

"Room was clean and well appointed with an en-suite bathroom x nice roomy shower x quiet street so no disturbance at night x nicely served breakfast in room with good selection of hot food . Front room at front near door with a bar but didn’t appear to be used which was a shame"

"The suite room was perfect with kids, because it has two separate bedrooms. Lovely view from the room. Good location and the breakfast was nice - lots of choices! The only downside was that check-in was quite confusing. We arrived early to drop our bags before check-in, which has never been a problem in any other hotel I've stayed at, but the staff seemed surprised and at first said there was nowhere to leave them. They were still helpful and found a way but it seemed complicated. And then when we came back later to check in properly nobody was there - there was a sign on the door saying we should have gotten a code to open the door by email or Expedia message but I didn't. And I didn't have phone signal in town so had to walk quite a way away to check my email (only to find no email). The Expedia page says that staff will be there check you in so that should be updated. And anyone staying there should just check your email before you arrive and if you don't have check in instructions, contact them in advance. We got there in the end and had a nice stay - it was just a bit annoying!"

"A lovely little stay over. A small bedroom with en-suite bathroom which suited our needs perfectly. Marion was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend for short stays and would stay there again"
