Later we were informed that the hotel agreed to issue a refund, but they still refused to allow us to return and stay for the remaining nights we had already paid for. "Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff, however a few things would make our stay better. Hand soap by sink in the our room and towel bars. The breakfast time should be extended until at least 10 am. We are on vacation. "
