hotel sin estacionamiento!!!!
Bien en general pero me decía la oferta que había estacionamiento al frente en el otro hotel frontera pero todos los estacionamientos del hotel estaban ocupados si que tuvimos que pagar por guardar el auto

Good Location in Temuco
The hotel was perfectly fine for South American standards. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent'! Banks are at the corner and it is near several eateries.

Hotel bien ubicado comoda la parte mas antigua
Al principio fue muy mala puesto que nuestra habitacion estaba al lado del ascensor y no nos pudieron cambiar Al dia siguiente nos cambiaron al edificio antiguo y ahi fue mejor El ascensor a pesar de haber sido revisado el 2 del 2 2017 tiene un ruido ensordecedor que no te deja dormir

Deficiencias equipamiento pero muy buen desayuno
La habitación non contaba con secador de pelo y tampoco el hotel tenía uno para proporcionar, por lo que nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación a uno que lo tuviera. Esta nueva habitación no tenía frigobar, por lo que terminaron trayéndome el que tenía la habitación anterior.

hotel, con dependencias y servicios malos y caro
hotel, con camas llenas de hoyos, tv. demasiado chica y se escucha mal, sin directorio de teléfonos, ademas no pude dormir el viernes ya que había una fiesta en el hotel con ruido hasta las tres de la mañana, la ducha corre un hilo de agua.

난방이 안되어서 춥다는 후기를 보고도 이 호텔을 선택한 건 실수였습니다.. 정말 추웠어요.. 라디에이터는 장식일 뿐...
