「I had a great stay at Crismon Hotel in Ghana. The staff are lovely, hardworking, organized, lively, and very trustworthy. The rooms are well maintained with daily room service, and the large pool and outdoor seating area are great places to relax. The restaurant is also very convenient, with food and room service available throughout your stay. The location is especially convenient for anyone working with industrial companies around the Tema area. One small recommendation would be to provide a...

「Good place to lodge」

「The space was very clean, staff very helpful especially at the reception desk. The options at the restaurant were wonderful. The grilled tilapia was delicious. I would definitely stay again.」

「Staff is amazing and the Guest House is very close to Palace Mall」

「If you have any problems or need any help, just speak with Mr. Addo, the manager, and he'll do his best to help. They were great. Enjoy Spintex/Baatsoona!」

「I have stayed here on other occasions and never been disappointed with my stay. It is very consistent in the service provided and the room assigned. The staff is always very courteous and professional.」

「Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and delicious breakfast, clean environment and feels very much like home. I love it and will visit again!」

「I was not happy with the services」

「Rooms don't get cleaned up unless they have specific instructions. Even when they do, there are no guarantees that the room will be cleaned」

「Great customer service」

「I liked the ocean view - beach is not for swimming. I didn’t like the location. Approximately 30-40 mins from the airport.」

「Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was quite large and spacious. It contained two bathrooms with two showers and toilets and sinks, a mini fridge, and is sitting area in addition to a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. It was really nice to wake up and see the waves and hear them every morning, as well as listen to them as we fell asleep.」

It has a washer that doesn’t work (At least not in our unit). They do not have food at the facility. Needs more pot and pans for baking and cooking. Need pot holders. Our second bathroom’s water never heated up (if it was something we didn’t do, they should take the time to educate their guests). Curtain rod in second...

「5/5 Stars – Feels Like Family! I stayed here for two and a half weeks, and the staff truly made me feel like part of their family. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and available 24/7 whenever I needed anything. Outstanding service from start to finish—I will definitely be back!」
