Fantastic stay! Such a great location near restaurants and the ski lifts. Hotel was in a historic building and was really well maintained. And the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Jazz weekend in T-ride

Extremely clean, nicely appointed and renovated historical hotel. Staff's attitude is one that makes you feel like a valued guest. They recognize you as you come and go and welcome you back. Manager checks with you about your stay. All staff very attentive and pleasant.

Parking situation is really poor. You cannot even unload suitcases in front of hotel. Must park in neighborhood behind hotel. Find a spot on your own. For $400 a night this is pretty bad. Plus the host reception was alarming- it was all about parking legally- move car immediately- no warm welcome. Room has no AC- instructions are to open the window, but there are no screens. And bugs exist. City view is nice.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a delicious steakhouse restaurant! Rooms are very clean with great amenities like a sound machine and heated bathroom floors. The downside, parking is a nightmare.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Telluride

New Hotel Sheridan is a terrific hotel in the heart of Telluride. Rooms a modern and beautifully decorated in the style of an old western. Loved all the little touches. Parking a little funky, but it all worked out. We would stay here again.

The service has been fantastic everywhere on property. The restaurant was quite good albeit expensive. The hotel is very quiet and the bed is quite comfortable. Centrally located on the main street for ease of shopping or enjoying other restaurants and pubs.It is short 5 minute walk to the gondola for skiing.

We arrived really late but the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They didn’t act as if it was almost midnight! Incredible breakfast in the morning and an overall wonderful stay in an incredible, beautiful part of our world!

Very unique hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. We had a room on the back side of the hotel but I could see where rooms on the street could be noisy. One warning if you are coming in the summer, this hotel is not air conditioned. It was still relatively comfortable with open windows and the overhead fan. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

I stayed at the New Sheridan Hotel for four nights in early March. This hotel is beautiful. Everything was perfection with the vintage feel and authenticity. The staff and management outstanding. So friendly and helpful even when I encountered a problem with my room that was out of their control. The management made the situation beyond better by immediately addressing. I highly recommend this property any time of year in Telluride!

The hotel is quaint and very conveniently located. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice. The only thing we did not like was that you have to unload next door in front of the courthouse and there were no spots there when we arrived. This was particularly annoying because it was raining. The hotel has free parking but the spaces are very limited. For the price of the rooms, they should offer valet parking.
