Staff was amazing. Location was amazing. The hotel was itself was disappointing. Room cleanliness was an issue opon arrival. Room really needs to be remodeled because it has a feel and look of inability to clean. Breakfast was not what would expect as a reflection of cost of room. Had better breakfast at airport hotel chains. High cost due to location but hotel is just not up to expectations upon arriving.

Very comfortable and right at the foot of the gondola. Not to worry the gondola is quiet, can’t hear it in the room. The continental breakfast was average and they could find a better coffee brand. Overall I would absolutely recommend , the staff was lovely too !

Great option for staying in town versus Mountain Village. Very convenient location (at the base of the gondola), almost like being at a ski-in/ski-out hotel. Breakfast is good. Staff is very friendly. The hotel could use a refresh but then again, if it were refurbished it would be way more expensive to stay there due to location.

Obsessed with these property! We definitely plan to come back! I didn’t know the gondola was so close, it’s literally across the smallest street. The location was so convenient! Main Street was only like 5 blocks away. We walked everywhere during our stay, it’s in such a good location. The staff was incredibly friendly and so helpful with recommendations!!
