We ran into an issue on our first night and the staff went out of their way to help resolve the issue, something most hotels would not even try to help with. 「The hotel does not have a/c as promoted. The pool was dirty. The rooms infected with mosquitoes. The worse part was the staff. Unfriendly at best. We left after one night even we had reserved and paid for two nights. Don't stay here!」
