Everyone was very friendly. The only issue was WiFi. All else was very nice!

Whenever we are visiting Seefeld and Innsbruck we stay at this place. We love this place. We always enjoy our stay at this place. We love that we have a wonderful and beautiful view of the mountains. It is so close and you can walk into town. It is quiet and peaceful while you are looking at the view. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place.

Our stay was awesome. We loved the view from our balcony. The sauna, steam room, and hammocks so much we extended an additional night there onto our trip. The staff was helpful. This was the stop on our 3 week trip to Europe that stood out as our favorite place. We will go back on our next trip for sure.

I travel for both work and leisure often so please note when I say this place was PHENOMENAL! Five stars for everything. Beautiful location, lovely and very helpful staff, the food was amazing and top tier quality. Will I be back? It’s already booked!

Cute and quaint area to enjoy while visited Austria!!!

Innsbruck is a great place, with beautiful views of snowy mountains around the city. The hotel is place situated such that you get the view of beautiful mountains from your room. Enjoyed the stay

Great stay with wonderful breakfast and amenities

Great location for seeing area attractions. Also nice local restaurants with easy walking distance. The service and staff were excellent. I really enjoyed the morning breakfast that is complementary. They even had gluten free bread to accommodate my gluten allergy.

My wife and I had an incredible experience at this resort. The breakfast is amazing. The pool and spa are truly remarkable. Very relaxing.

Absolutely magical place! View of the Alps, excellent staff, amazing spa complex and more. We will be back to ski and stay here soon!

Wonderful to be back at Das Graseck! It's a truly magical corner of the earth, our second visit and for sure we will be back in the winter months. The staff are exceptionally attentive, friendly and professional with a good old sense of humour! Upon arrival, we were welcomed back and also, surprised with an upgrade to the loft suite, which made our stay super comfy and, of course the extra space and views were magnificent. Excellent breakfasts and dinner service, super selection of wines....

The room was very cleaned and breakfast was excellent. The only problem for me is the WiFi was too slow to use.

The hotel is a classic German hotel of its type and age. It has been very well maintained and is being managed very well by its current owners. Highly recommend it to anyone...

While the rooms are fine , everything else the hotel offers is brilliant ! A location impossible to beat! The hotel breakfast with one possible exception at a Four Seasons in the Middle East, was the best ever ! Amazing ! Finally, the hotel staff was exceptional So helpful in every way. Especial gratitude should go out to the wonderful Vittoria and her assistant the very accommodating Olivier ! THey were THE BEST

This was a beautiful hotel with a staff of people who were profoundly courteous, helpful, kind and they exceeded all my expectations at every turn. As much as I love animals, I am allergic to their little fury bodies and I didn't notice that pets were okay when I booked the hotel. But, there was absolutely no trace of the odors that often accompany little furry creatures. What was even more amazing is that I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ALLERGIC REACTION, whatsoever, to the two, precious little dogs....
