「This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again.」

「Very nice boutique hotel BUT doesn't have elevator and phone to call front desk, I have to go down like 3 times to let them know things or to get some towels. Is not coffee at the room, you have to go down ordered and pay for it!! 」
