「The hotel itself is an amazing place, everything is clean and well attended. The only problem I found, and it is more or a country issue, is that all the staff are addicted to their mobile phones and in general there was a lack of customer service.」

「Met in car on arrival, shown where to park and room. Lovely hotel, wine tour was good, wine tasting was excellent and our expert was very good at describing the wines, brandy and cha cha.
Cooking workshops were good fun and you are what you made!
Food in restaurant was really nice.
Breakfast was nice, but the weakest link of the whole stay. Not replenished and when you could find the server, brought Luke warm coffee. 」

「The hotel is beautiful with multiple cool details of design. I visited it with my family and it was a very relaxing moment with Wine testing,Spa, massage, ping-pong and card games availables for all. The location is ideal.」
