A great small apartment with everything you need. Very close to the beach in a quiet area of Tel Aviv. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

Great accomadation

First location is the heart of TelAviv superb 3 minutes walk to the beach bars. Place is clean . The manager Etai was in contact with us since booking and guide us from check in to check out I am in Israel at least once a year it’s the first time I stayed ii Sea Suites. It’s defiantly going to be my future accommodation in Tel Aviv. Highly recommend. Lazaro

J’ai apprécié la localisation et l’accueil d’Izik. L’appartement est totalement conforme au descriptif. Agréable (un peu bruyant néanmoins). Mais le lit d’appoint (canapé lit) est très inconfortable et pas adapté pour dormir.

Die Wohnung selbst war super, aber leider lag sie im Erdgeschoss. Da die Stockwerke oben drüber gebaut waren, hatte man das Gefühl, man wohnt im Keller und hat nur gegen Autos und Wände geguckt. Das war nicht schön!

Le plus pour cette location, c'est la place de parking allouée et l'emplacement proche de la mer. Pour le reste, je ne comprends pas pourquoi on nous demande 80$ pour le ménage des qu'on arrive. L'appartement est très sal. De la poussière partout. Le sol pas nettoyé. Pour le canapé convertible 2 places, une vraie horreur. Les draps et les taies d'oreillers, on s'est demandé s'ils étaient de couleur jaune ou bien s'ils étaient jaunis par la saleté et par le temps. Nous avons dormi sur des serviettes de bain d'hôtel qui elles étaient à peu près propres. Séjour décevant. Les photos sur les sites ne correspondent pas à la réalité du lieu. Je déconseille.

bon appart hôtel

c’est un appart hôtel ce qui veut dire que la chambre n’est pas nettoyée ni les draps remplacés ou les shampoings tous les jours. Pas un reproche car cela me paraissait explicite mais il faut bien le savoir. L’hôte sinon est réactif, sympathique, l’appartement est bien situé et plutôt bien équipé.

Le propriétaire de l'appartement est très efficace et disponible. Tout est très bien organisé, on reçoit un message nous indiquant l'adresse ainsi que le moyen de se procurer les clés de l'appartement (nous sommes arrivés à 2 heures du matin). Tout se fait par messages, nous n'avons jamais vu le propriétaire. L'appartement est simple, sans décorations particulières, très lumineux, à 5min à pieds de la plage et pas bruyant. Il y a de quoi loger pour 4 personnes, du wifi, une télévision et l'airco. C'est vraiment un logement à recommander.

Etay le propriétaire était très réactif,serviable et très gentil. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour,le logement était propre et bien agencé. La climatisation fonctionne super bien et etait nécessaire vue la chaleur Le logement se trouve près de la plage 5 minutes à piedet il y pas mal de magasin pour faire des courses et de bon restaurants sur Ben yuda street pour manger dans un bon restaurant. Je conseil tres vivement ce logement. Top!👍👍👍

Etay was so helpful and kind . He gives you Informations about the city , the flat is well located . I know TLV , been there 4 times but always was in hotel . Living TLV in a flat is the best experience ever to get close from local people . I really recommend Etay

This self-catering flat is convenient for the beach, Carmel Market and the Carmelite bus terminal. With WiFi and AirCon yoy can feel comfortable while planning you days. Staying here was good value - clean and well equipped. I would recommend this location for independent travellers.

Great location close to see, friendly service!

The owner of the apartment Etay is very friendly and always willing to help. For example he provided us the possibility for late checkout for free. He also gave us useful tips for the vacation. The location of the apartment was great, very close to the sea and in walking distance from Old Jaffa and other main attractions. The apartment was clean and there was good air conditioning, basic kitchen facilities Etc. The only negative thing is that the apartment is on the ground floor with very small windows, no balcony, and lots of noise from outside. Basicly we couldn’t see the daylght during the whole week. The building was also waiting for renovation if you look from outside.

This property is in a great location! 210 HaYarkon St. It was close to the beach, coffee shops, excellent restaurants grocery stores and retail shopping. All within walking distances! Dizengoff street is very lively at night and restaurants are busy! The apartment was clean and just perfect. Etay was very helpful and gave us great tips for our stay. We did a full day tour and it conveniently pick up at the Hilton, across the street. The beaches are very close and family friendly! I would definitely stay here again!
