Enjoyable stay, slightly befuddled check-in

The check in was a little bumpy - we hadn't gotten the memo that the late check in was via the hotel next door, so there were a few very confused, panicked moments when we showed up and discovered the door was locked and there was nobody at reception. But once we got that sorted the rest of the stay was great!

Our third stay at Muse and another great experience. From the early check in, which was most welcome to the amazing breakfasts everything was perfect. Highly recommended hotel and thanks to Ben for making our stay so pleasant. Hotel is a block away from the best beaches and promenade. Close to Carmel, Dizengoff and most TLV attractions.

Lovely hotel. All your comfort needs and more (dressing gowns, slippers, in room fridge & coffee maker). Excellent quality wifi The staff were wonderful - clearly keen to help but also good at managing expectations when something might be less straightforward. Loved the coffee machine and free snacks in the lobby. Would definitely stay again.

Nice boutique hotel. Room was suprisingly spacious with enough hanging and shelves. Complimentary coffee, water and chocs. Shower good size, slippers and bathrobe. no amenities to speak of. Breakfast is fab! The buffet selection is great and the additional personal.order is a nice touch. Good location for the beach and buses.

This was our second time staying at Muse. Great hotel, with a perfect location. Close to all transport, a 2 min walk to the beach area and loads of dining options within a few minutes. A 15 min ealk toi Disengoff and Carmel Market. You can't get better. The hotel is small and intimate. A great breakfast is served and it has adequate amenities. The rooms are quite small but very comfortable and clean. We'd definitely recommend it and the rates were very competitive for TLV hotels

Night Clerk on Reception Desk Saves the Day

Wadid, the night clerk last Tuesday (June 25, 2024), helped me solve a serious problem. A cleaning person had accidentally tossed a small envelope (an easy mistake to make - really no blame) and Wadid didn't dismiss my concern - the opppsite, Wadid enlisted her staff to help me find it. We were only there for 2 nights and it was short trip to the Holly Land. The hotel was placed in a very central location and close to the beach. Price was a little too much for the facilities as no pool or spa. Breakfast was good and also had the option to order a breakfast choice. We did an early morning tour and we had the opportunity to have breakfast in their partner hotel next door. We were happy with that option of choice to still have breakfast very early morning. The staff were very friendly and especially Samantha was very helpful and welcomed us when we arrived. I would choose again if I got a reasonable deal.
