When we book from Hotels.com, the breakfast offer was included. However, when we check in, the staff said the system did not show this offer. I suggest Hotels.com to communicate with the Hotel what is included to avoid any miscommunications with the guests. We have to wait until 8:00am next morning and get the breakfast coupon. The time consumed to communicate with Hotels.com and staff is over 1 hour and we have to make long distance call with Hotels.com to resolve. This is not we expect from Hotels.com self service booking model as what we have booked online already indicate which hotel include breakfast, which do not.
