We didn't stay at the Hotel De La Mer. For reasons which were not explained, we were moved to the Lighthouse Hotel, slightly further from the beach. The Lighthouse Hotel is very new and the staff were very helpful and friendly but there were 4 problems: (1) the hotel shares the building it is located in with offices and they could do nothing about drilling work which woke us up at 8am; (2) we are a family of 4 but the room had one slim cupboard in which to store clothes; (3) the reception was very busy most of the time so it took a while to talk to anyone there; and (4) there is no room service.

I was suppose to stay in this hotel for 4 days but had to check out after the 1st night. The room was full of mold and the staff doesn’t seem to care. The room also had a horrible smell. Do not stay at this hotel. Expedia should take this hotel off their website.

The staff, Katarina was amazing! They offer breakfast credit at a beautiful cafe on the beach. In the hotel, 24/7 area with coffee, tea and cookies. No tissues in room. Towels were sparse. Room was clean. Updates needed thou. Great location! Close to everything! Saved money.

Hotel bem localizado, o atendimento da recepção foi ótimo. Área comum com café e biscoitos à vontade 24h. Serviço gratuito para guardar bagagem após check-out. O café da manhã é servido fora do hotel, o restaurante fica a 2 quadras. Café simples, são 5 opções fixas no menu. Você podem trocar alguns itens e pagar à parte. Apesar de não ter variedade, os pratos são bem feitos e servem bem uma pessoa. Quarto muito pequeno, região barulhenta, boa cama e bom chuveiro.

Great little place, friendly staff, good location.

Good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. If I had to say one small negative perhaps time for a refresh/refurbishment but everything still in good working order just a little dated.

Frühstück außerhalb in einem anderen Gebäude! Hatten ein anderes Zimmer als gebucht! Undichte Balkontüre, wodurch der starke Regen das Zimmer überschwemmte!

Everything, except bed - safe box, lighting, windows, facets, elevator - is broken. No breakfast in the hotel - you will receive the voucher for dirty caffe which is far. A lot of construction works around - noise 24/7.

Сложно оценивать бюджетные отели.. в целом- неплохо.. есть минусы- розетки вываливаются, балконная дверь трясется из за люфтов, нет тумбочек.. но есть и плюсы- кофе и чай с печеньем в любое время. Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Расположение очень удобное, перед отелем парковка самокатов! Удобные кровати.. в целом на 4. Опять же- это оценка городского бюджетного отеля! Любителям Турции по системе все включено не понравится.

Old and out dated

Property is old. Room is small, no place to hang our jackets. There is no appliances at all. Bathroom is old and look dirty. It should not be a 3 stars hotel. Not worth the money.

It was a nightmare. It was all dirty, not amenities. The door of the balcony couldn’t close properly because of the strong wind that day. The picture on Expedia have nothing to do with the reality. On top of it, the staff was so rude yelling at me while I was trying to find the general manager of the hotel for refund. Until today I still have not heard more than a week later from the general manager and didn’t got my refund. This hotel is a total scam!!

This property is totally misadvertised on your website it is nothing of what you advertised. Breakfast is at a cafe and limited to 40NIS per person. Condition of the hotel is terrible

Prima hotel en gunstig gelegen. Helaas was er geen ontbijtbuffet terwijl wij dit hotel juist daarom hebben uitgekozen. Dat was echt een tegenvaller. We moesten elke ochtend 2 straten verderop ontbijten. Het hotel was blijkbaar verkocht. Slechte zaak dat dit ons niet is gemeld door Expedia want als we dit van te voren wisten hadden we zeker een ander hotel geboekt. Dus helaas geen ontbijtbuffet in ons hotel maar een broodje met 1 drankje naar keuze verderop

Espacio muy pequeno. No se le da mantenimiento y no tiene nada que ofrecer. Hasta el estacionamiento te lo cobran. Muy mala opcion. No cuentan con desayuno, te envian a 2 calles a una cafeteria donde puedes escoger entre 6 opciones
