El internet no funcionaba, el proceso para salir del estacionamiento es muy cansado. No me ofrecieron abrirme voucher a mi llegada y no me dieron la opción de hacer el cambio durante mi estadía , tuve que estar pagando en efectivo cada servicio solicitado.

Me gusto la habitación, hermosa vista y muy silenciosa; no me gusto el check inn pague una habitación de cuatro pero no incluyen desayuno para mi hijo menor y eso no especifica en la reserva de expida.

Hotel well locales, Rooms have to be remodeled. The staff in general needs to be be train in how to be costumer oriented.

A charming hotel with a great service!
The hotel has its years but it is well maintained, and the personnel is very diligent and helpful. I had a medicine that needed to be frozen, I asked for help in the kitchen and they helped me immediately! The only thing that l could change is the registration process that was a bit slow. They need more people to attend the registration desk.
