El hotel mantiene las reservas en un cuaderno sin prestar atenciĆ³n a las reservas realizadas a travĆ©s de Hotels.com. Como resultado, cuando lleguĆ© allĆ­, a pesar de que habĆ­a hecho una reserva 12 horas antes y estaba completamente pagada, no tenĆ­an una habitaciĆ³n para mĆ­.
