「This was the best place I could have chosen for my week long visit to Valparaiso! Set atop a small hill a mile south of Sotomayor Square the guest house is in a more quiet neighborhood. This area is convenient for visiting the UNESCO areas, but much more peaceful and safe for walking around. The room (I chose #3) had a view of the garden/ courtyard and was always cool and comfortable even in the hot weather. 「Charming historic building, beautifully restored. Friendly hosts, fascinating neighborhood. 」

「The host and the staff were wonderful. Location is great. We enjoyed their suggestions for visiting the fish market and the neighborhood above. And the breakfast was not only abundant but was delicious too!」

「Good location. Friendly service. Breakfast ok not great. Room a bit small. Roof terrace a good spot for sunrise though very small. 」

「The property was clean and the room was fantastic with a beautiful view of the city and ocean. The parking g was a bit tight but at least they do have a few spots available. Most if the staff also speak English if that is needed. The breakfast was really nice too with fresh squeezed orange juice and a good selection of things to eat. Loved the uniqueness of the place.」

And lastly Karin & Pablo were awesome! They were friendly, exceedingly helpful and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this hotel and we hope to come back soon!」

「good and helpful staff」

「The only problem we experienced was the fact that the hotel had live music in the restaurant until very late in the night. We had a very early start the next morning and did not get much sleep!」

Passengers and luggages have to be dropped off the main road and there is a distance of 10 min walk to move between the hotel and drop off location. However, taxi and small vans can reach the hotel at closer range. But still there is a distance of about 30 metres to walk through. However, the hotel staff and...
