「I hate giving negative reviews but this was not a nice experience. Although the staff were very nice and friendly, the website pictures do not show the age and disrepair of this property. There is a continual smell of sulphur outside that comes in your room if you open the windows for fresh air. The place has not been updated I think since the 1950’s. The town is similar unfortunately with disrepair everywhere. 」

「This is one of our go to Resorts. We are excited for the expansion. The food is always great and on point. The service is wonderful. Everyone is always very sweet and personable. We have left other resorts to stay here because the service and amenities are just better. They really make you feel comfortable.」

「This is a beautiful quiet country hotel surrounded by fields and old world villages. The staff are all wonderful and patient and go out of their way to help despite my very beginner Italian. They serve a beautiful breakfast daily and the food is wonderful. Also within relatively accessible distance of the autostrada. It was a haven for us in the midst of some chaos」

「Hemos tenido que pagar por el aire acondicionado( nos pidió primeramente y por mail una cantidad y luego al llegar vimos otra. fuimos a dar una vuelta y dejamos el aire puesto para que refrescara la habitación ; al volver el aire estaba apagado ,lo mismo con el ventilador
No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos andando.la habitación era espaciosa pero muy anticuada con camas muy blandas.
Las sábanas de la cama grande raspaban.
El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y estabamuy viejo;la bomba...
