"The staff at the hotel are wonderful and responsive to requests for things like irons (when all your linen clothes are wrinkled from travel). There is a good selection for breakfast. The rooms are fine, but could really use a refresh, particularly the bathrooms. The hotel is a little out of the way, but close to IULM where I was attending a conference. It's about a 15 minute walk to the M2 subway line, which gets you wherever you need to go, and there is a LIDL a block away."
"This was a great stay.
The staff was amazing.
The property is beautiful.
Although it wasn’t close to downtown, I preferred that since I mostly wanted to rest. So if you’re looking for something not in the immediate tourist area, this is perfect for you. While also noting that a popular shopping center is a short walk away, if you need anything and wanted a quieter day. . For the times I did go into the city, the Uber drivers were great, and I felt safe the entire time.
I must note…this hotel had some of the best food I’ve tasted while on vacation and so far the best I’ve had in Italy that was consistent and equally delicious with a very pleasing presentation. I was not disappointed by a single meal."
"The apartment was amazing! Check in was smooth and easy to find/navigate. The place was clean with the exception of the kitchen/entry way floor which had some gross spills on it. We were awaken by a fire alarm so we quickly grabbed the kids and exited the building. Thankfully there was not a fire, but the majority of the building did evacuate.
The space was amazing for my family of four. The washer took a long time to wash but it was nice to have a place to wash a load of laundry along our two week stay.
Overall, I would highly recommend this property!"
"I was pleased with this property from the initial engagement during check-in. The process was organized and efficient with staff being responsive to our requests. Additionally, the staff provided complimentary champagne in observance
of my wedding anniversary. The lounge was an excellent place for dining and Aperitivo time. My husband and I patronized the lounge several times and were able to become acquainted with the servers. The location of the hotel is the biggest advantage - it is steps away from Duomo, the shopping mall, and several restaurants. I have stayed in multiple European hotels and the Rosa Grand Milano is top tier!"
