"Good place, quite central. Would stay there again. Although some younger guests were quite noisy late at night. The hotel management should just put a sign in the hallways for all guests to be aware and respectful towards other guests after a certain time in the night."

"Seating around Table adequate in Pool area other deck chairs need a refresh cracks glued n good coat of paint. Mural maybe on wall outside where the spa pool housed n 3D painting old spa circle make good photo moments. My granddaughters loved pool very coolish and I dangled my feet.Obviously they are doing updates as there was a new stairs up to front on side spa pool n they were installing a trampoline. Parking was good out by our room. It's a lovely spot with lots of trees around the area.We were at back of Property so Quiet sleep n Bed was to Firm to Medium which I didn't Mind slept well. We were given milk so I had a coffee in morning n lemon tea at night. We opted for a spacious room too hence had sm kitchenette. "

"Friendly staff. It was an older, single glazed studio room. Clean and fresh, plenty of space, clean linen daily with a bed change midway of our stay. The shower floor was tiled with no slipping, ideal for older people. There was no clock in living area. Only a microwave and 2 hobs in kitchen, no oven for heating. Kitchen had all the necessary pans, bowls, dinnerware and cutlery. Good parking. Unfortunately motel situated on one of the busiest intersections in New Plymouth so there was continual traffic noise, all day and most of the night!!"
