The breakfast not good, the bed sheet are dirty they didn't change them only after many requests. no toileters in bathroom, no place to arrange our things. No light in the room only two lamps working from 10 lamps.

The owner is so amazing person we had a bad experience from the boarder but he never never left us he done alots of help.the hotel is different now lots of changes actually.i will totally recommend to others..

Budget hotel out of city centre

Hotel is a 45minute walk from the old town centre on a busy road at the edge of a roundabout. Our room was simplify furnished with a wet room en suite. The room had a four bar electrical socket for UK plugs which had been bare wired into the two pin socket which is a fire hazard. There were no towels in the room but on request one bath towel and a handtowel were provided for two occupants to share. There are no dining facilities so the buffet breakfast was delivered to your room. It consisted of bread, ham,cheese and biscuits, 2 pieces of each per person along with a Luke warm cup of black coffee or black tea. No milk available. There is no bar but bottles of water or beer can be bought from reception. There are no other facilities at the hotel. The receptionist is helpful and can order a local taxi for you though this costs four times more than flagging a taxi on the street.

Het hotel was overboekt. We hebben eerst een andere (mindere) kamer gekregen. De airco was kapot, kon hier maar op 1 stand, veel te heet. De kraan van de douche hing half uit de muur. De badkamer was niet schoon, veel haar in de douche. Moesten zelf om nieuw toiletpapier vragen. Het ontbijt was op de kamer, alleen koffie met koek of thee met brood (2 oude witte sneetjes). Komen we 's avonds laat terug op de kamer, stond de ontbijtboel er nog. Geen bedden opgemaakt, niet schoon gemaakt. Na twee dagen gelukkig wel de goede kamer gekregen. Er heeft helemaal geen schoonmaak van de kamers plaats gevonden, geen bedden opgemaakt, geen schone handdoeken gebracht (ook al lagen ze op de grond midden in de kamer. Ontbijt is wel opgehaald omdat we daar om hadden gevraagd. Dit hotel is zeker geen aanrader!!

第一印象は、有名な観光地から少し離れている気がした。スタッフの対応は良くないと思ったが、部屋が広くて、設備が良い。

het hotel staat ver buiten het centrum op een zeer slechte locatie . het koste veel moeite om een taxi te vinden die me er heen wilde brengen en het wist te vinden. bij aankomst werd me zeer vriendelijk verteld dat het hotel overboekt was en er geen kamer leeg was op de reservering staat ...deze boeking kan niet gerestitueerd , geannuleerd of gewijzigd worden. blijkbaar toch wel , na een half uur wachten werd ik door 2 niet nederlands of engels sprekende mannen naar een ander hotel gebracht. BEST HOTEL tsurtsumia str 10 daar was een spanjaard die het zelfde was overkomen.

ホテルと確認を取り、大至急エクスペディアの地図を訂正してください。 本来ならかなり分かりやすい場所にあるこのホテル、地図が間違っているために、ホテルにたどり着くのが大変でした。 部屋はまあまあ清潔でしたが、シャワーの水圧に難ありですね。お湯は出ました。 朝食は簡単な物ではありますが、わざわざ部屋に運んできてくれます。ありがたい。
