「Ich war vor 3 Jahren in dem Hotel und es war für die Verhältnisse gut , aber dieser Jahr war es eine reine Katastrophe, ich habe 2 mal das Zimmer wechseln müssen , im ersten war der Spiegel kaputt und das Bad nicht sauber und kleine gelbe Flecken auf dem Bett , im zweiten Zimmer waren die Betten voll mit gelben Flecken , an der Rezeption sagte mir das wäre normal das käme vom waschen , dann der Tresor in allen Zimmer gesperrt , habe gefragt das man ihn mir öffnet der Techniker ist beim Mittag...
