"We just stayed overnight - didn't use the pool. Room and bathroom were clean. Beds were on the firm side, which I don't usually like. But I surprisingly slept well. We like our room cold to sleep, but i like blankets. I was thankful for an extra blanket in the closet. Neighbors above us were very loud at midnight, which woke us up. We grabbed breakfast to go, which was fantastic and super convenient. Everything else looked really good. The little shop was super - handy. We bought drinks and ice for the road. Overall a great stay. "
"Rooms were small, bathrooms were designed not to have locks, kind of hard to stay when sharing a room with non-family members. Breakfast was boring they have the same items on both days that we were there. Communication was terrible from staff to housekeeping, we did not have certain items upon arrival, went downstairs talked to the front desk to request these items, but when housekeeping came the next day these items were not taken care of. Their pool was not even open, not that we would have gone swimming due to the weather but there were moments in the day where if the pool was open it would be nice. Other hotels in the areas had their pool open. It's really sad when you injure yourself and you ask the front desk for a Band-Aid and they tell you you have to purchase it yourself from their shop. I don't do a lot of traveling so I don't know if staying at a hotel nowadays does not require the hotel to have available first aid kits for their patrons. A lot of public places usually carries first aid kits in case customers do have an accident. I felt like this place was very impersonal and more about charging their customers for every little thing. I definitely would not stay at this place again and would not recommend any friends or family to stay here."
"We normally camp but it's a little cold overnight so we opted for a hotel. The presidential suite was decent for the price but very dated and just okay."
