"Avoid at all costs! It’s a scam place. I pre paid for three nights and when I got there they said they don’t make online reservations as it was 3-4am in the morning and was exhausted after flying from London I had no other option than pay for one night in cash as they do t take card. "We stayed here twice during our multi-leg trip to Vietnam and both times were very pleasant. We stayed in a 3-bedroom premier with balcony, which was impressively spacious, comfortable, and super clean. Having a washer/dryer in the room was the best part. :) All the staff we encountered were friendly, professional, and quick to respond or help out. The restaurant/breakfast buffet was fine, too, but we didn't get to use it that often. The hotel is in a convenient location with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and other attractions nearby. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it for families."
