La comida del restaurante La Hacienda que es parte de hotel delicioso. Toman tu carro y lo llevan a un estacionamiento que tienen convenio. Ellos se encargan de llevar maletas. Excelente servicios

Excellent location, beautiful views, good restaurant, friendly staff. Easy to walk to the zocalo and restaurants. Hot water but the shower didn’t drain well. Pool was refreshing after walking the steep hills of Taxco in the sun.

There is no elevator in this hotel. You have about 17 wide steps to climb to the entrance and then a very narrow staircase to get to the next floor for checkin. You can borrow a hair dryer from the front desk. Two three prong outlets in the room, otherwise it's a two prong. Ok to leave luggage for ...

El lugar pasable, pero no es como las fotos, nos costó trabajo encontrarlo pues no tiene letrero ni ningún distintivo, la chica que nos atendió fue amable, la ubicación buena, muy cerca del Zócalo, las camas muy incómodas y les falta mejorar la limpieza.
